I have a report that is connect via DirecrQuery to a Power BI data set. When I go to data source setting and select Change Source and select a differnt Power BI data set I get the error: "value cannot be null. Parameter name: key"
The data set is a copy of the original and has all the same connections.
HI @Anonymous ,
Please add details like screenshots to your query above. 🙂
Is the new dataset again needs to be DireQuery connection?
Are there any relationships in Power BI? Can you share screenshot of your data model?
I suspect there can be NULL values in a column in new dataset, which is used in some relationship in Power BI.
Thanks,
Pragati
