I have a Power BI Pro license that I used to publish a report to an Office Team that I created in Microsoft Teams.
I added an internal user to my team. She has Power BI free. She gets into the team, clicks on the Power BI channel and gets the error message - 'This content isn't available'.
First, the basic question - Should she be able to use her Power BI free license to access this report, or does she need Power BI Pro? It was my understanding that Power BI free can see published reports. Is this a true assumption?
What could the problem be?
Thanks for your assistance.
Solved! Go to Solution.
It requires Power BI Pro license to access reports from Microsoft Teams.
Besides, do you add report from “My workspace” or Power BI app workspace? Have you shared the report to the user?
Regards,
Lydia
Thanks for the feedback. I'll get the user a Power BI Pro license.
