Can I query a table already in Power BI?

I have a table with numerous DAX calculated columns that I want to "unpivot" using Power Query. I can export the data into Excel and query it back into Power BI in the way I want to see it, but I'd prefer to skip out on Excel and query the table directly. Is this possible?
