Calculation Rate by Year

Trying to get the Rate based on the following:

 

2021 SBNA RATE = IF('sz858m vwSBNAFinalATTPCnts'[Sale_Year] = 2021, 'sz858m vwSBNAFinalATTPCnts'[SBNA Volume]/SUM('sz858m vwSBNAFinalATTPCnts'[Sales]),0)
 
Presents an error: A circular dependency was detected: sz858m vwSBNAFinalATTPCnts[2021 SBNA RATE], sz858m vwSBNAFinalATTPCnts[2020 SBNA RATE], sz858m vwSBNAFinalATTPCnts[2021 SBNA RATE].
 
I was able to get 2020 to work no problem so I am wondering if this is related to no data for March forward but how do i fix?

    Hello Anonymous 

     

    to delete the dependencies. 😉

    WIthout knowing how your datamodel is structure there is no clear way to help you.

    There is some connection between 2020 SBNA RATE and 2021 SBNA RATE. You have to go through your logic and understand where they are connected
