Calculate a measure

I'm somewhat new to Power BI and I'm having trouble with a calculation.

I have created a measure that calculates the difference between two dates.  Now the stakeholder wants to calculate if there are any instances of values in the rows and return a yes or no value.  Does anyone know how to do this?  I wish there was an if statement in Power BI.

Thank you.

Well @Anonymous you are in for a treat, because Power Query does have if then else statements!
