CSV File Import (Pipe character as delimiter)

Hi All

I have a .csv file which uses a | character as the delimiter and { as the text qualifier. However when I import this file in Power BI then the data which already contains a | character gets split as the | is considered a  delimiter and Power BI has no way (as per my understanding) of providing a text qualifier while importing a .csv file. Can anyone help with this?
