CRM sale content Pack V8.2 API problematic?

Hi all,

I'm setting up a demo and would like to use the content pack below. However the API endpoint in the CRM system is 8.2 and I am getting XML errors. I suspect this is because the API has now changed sufficiently for the contact pack not to work.

Is there an updated version of this pack available or some other workaround that I can use?

I got the information that the fix is released on production. Please try again in your environment to get Dynamics CRM Online Sales Manager content pack. It should work now.

Hi @Jladan_ZA,

Here is information from PG:

"Refreshing existing instantiations will not fix the issue. Users need to create a new instance. Please make sure users go to Get Data -> Services -> Find the content pack and instanitate it again."

Please get content pack again in service and refresh this new content pack to see if the issue is gone.

The same issue already reported internally, CRI 39032329. Will keep you updated once get feedback.

Currently, you can get data from Dynamics CRM sales in Power BI desktop use below URL (Sales ->Settings-> Customizations -> Developer Resource) manually until the content pack is fixed.
