Thank you for posting your query in the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

As you have already tried several troubleshooting steps.Please also try testing once with the supported stable endpoint v2.0 instead of the preview versions.

 

Also, please verify that the account used in Power BI has the required Azure DevOps Analytics permissions such as project access, appropriate access level, and View analytics permission.
