Automatic append of Data to an exisiting dataset and its queries

Hello Community,

I have a report in Power-BI. I get my Data from a Rest API.

I transformed the data according to my needs in Power Query.

With every refresh, a query is exctracting new Data. The fresh Data are employee timesheets from the previous week. I can only extact the data for one week.

I want to create a function/parameter/something which automatically append this new weekly data to my existing timesheet data in the same format.

Would appreciate any help.

Are you using Combine & Transform to append the data from all your files?

But can i still use Combine & Transform when I get the data from a URL Rest Api? The data isnt saved in any folder
