Automate PBIX Download from WebUI

Hi, is there any way to download pbix files programatic from WebUI?

I can reproduce the download in curl if i copy the download URL and Authorization Bearer Token.

Is there a way to generate this Auth Token from a Client APP without accessing the WebUI?

Or is there any official API call to download a published pbix?

Hi @smintos,

According to my knowledge, there is no method to generate the Auth Token without accessing Web UI and there is no official API call to download a published PBIX. Regarding to this issue, I would recommend you submit a request in Power BI ideas forum: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200 .

This is just a / our very nasty workaround to get refreshed data into powerbi embedded.

Regarding refreshing data in powerbi embedded, there are many feature / idea requests already open / scheduled.
