    Very small topic, I have not seen any thing related to 8x8 with power bi. Is it possible to get help from the 8x8 support?

    Will need to go down that route. Was hoping someone with a Power BI -> 8x8 centric mindset as opposed to a 8x8 -> Power BI mindset was around to chat to. Cheers.

    I don't understand why this one is marked as Solution! We still don't have answer to the original post "How can we connect the 8x8 phone system data to Power BI?" I wish someone from Microsoft would give us some hints to this. I have been reaching out to 8x8 support for answer and so far all they said is my case has been sent to tier 2 team, that is all. No answer yet...!
