Hi Team,
I was browsing the forum but were not able to find an answer to my question. We have just recently implemented microsoft bookings and I would like to run some analysis on our customer visits (where are they from, how often did they come by, etc.). However, when I connect PowerBI with bookings, I can only see the name of the customer but not there location anywhere? Is there an easy way to pull this data out from bookings and into PBI?
Thank you for your support!
Hi there.
To do this you can use in the PBI desktop the connector "Exchange". This connector is used in cases that you're connecting a bookings account of your organization. But, if you need to connect data from an account out of you organization, you can use "Exchange Online"
I can't answer your specific question. But, how are you connecting to Bookings? We're starting to use Bookings and will eventually like some reports in Power BI connected to it.
Looks like at the moment they only support "TSV" files (CSV with tabs instead of comma as the field separator) which you can read into Power BI via the Text connector.
