An error occurred in the ‘Transform File’ query. Expression.Error

Can someone please guide me with this error.  I had a PowerQuery connection to all of our budget files filtered for test string "2024 budget".  The first time I ran this, no issues everything came through, but now it will not combine all of the sheets and all of a sudden gettin this error.  I do not know what is happening nor do I know how to fix this.

How can I find out exactly what is going on and how do I fix this? It appears this is a common problem but I do not know how to diagnose it.

Please provide guidance.

You don't have a row 83  (actually 84 but counting starts at 0)  in your previous step #"Removed Errors".  Most likely the number of errors is dynamic, and then so is the remaining row count.

Refactor your query so you do not need to remove errors.
