API call returning "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."

I am having some issues regarding an API call that was working perfectly last week and when attempting to refresh the data it is now returning the following: "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.". We can get the result of the API from Postman and other tools but just won't work with Power BI. Have attempted re-downloading Power BI - ensuring it is updated and we are completely unsure what is happening. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thank you.

Kind Regards,
Dean

Sounds like an expired certificate at the source?

Thank you for the response, the API owners have mentioned that there has been no changes or expirations on their side. This is has been a headscratcher for myself and the API developers and they are starting to push back and say this is our issue to resolve.

Look at the trusted root certificate store and see if anything is expired there. Try on another PC. Try after a restart, some certs renew with that.
