429 - Too Many Requests Error Workarounds?

So - In Desktop, I'm not getting this error, but in Service I am getting the 429 too many requests error.    I have tried 2 things: use the helper function Value.WaitFor to retry the API call onc...

Hi Anonymous 

 

How many times do you call the API in your query? Does this error occur both when using on-demand refresh and scheduled refresh in the service?
