403. Forbidden when connecting to On-prem Tabular

We are trying to connect Power BI to a on-prem tabular model. The same user that is signed in to Power BI has the rights to the tabular. When we are trying to connect we get the the message The remot...

It was probably a memory issue on the SSAS server. After a few retries we good 400 bad request instead and after a few more tries it worked. Same approach every try.
