count app visitors without new table

Hello everyone,

I am trying to have a count on my power apps(canvas). I have see many suggestions to create a table and countrows(tablename) in power apps. 

But I am trying it without creating a table. 

I tried a method. created a collection to save user details. but everytime I open the time changes but no.of rows are only one. 

I even tried to count and save the value everytime app opens. But these experiemnets did not work. please guide me what worng am I doing hear
