I am using PowerBI Embedded in my website. The main problem all my customers have is very slow loading speed of the embedded reports. Maybe someone here is also experiencing same issue with PowerBI Embedded? Or maybe someone have any ideas, how to make loading speeds faster?
Some technical details on my setup:
1. I am using a dataset which is connected to dataflow
2. I have approx 8 different reports in one .pbix file
3. Dataflow and dataset refreshes each hour. Dataflow and dataset refreshes separately (it was made using Power Automate)
4. My .pbix file weights 23MB with the up to date dataset
5. I am using A2 SKU for PowerBI Embedded
Some facts from real use:
I have tried to test loading speeds with all my colleagues laptops in the office. Results was strange. It doesn't matter either the laptop is powerful or not, it doesn't matter either internet connection is slower or not, the results showed that some laptops loaded pages for 10-15 seconds, and some laptops loaded pages for less than 2 seconds. Average loading speed I would say was 5-6 seconds. I am also sharing my testing results with PC specs. Note: internet was the same for everybody because we were in the same place.
