Power Automate visual button "Unsuccessful" after being triggered by other users

I have a PA visual "button" in a Report on a PowerBI app.  Button Triggers perfectly for my when I click it but any other users receive "Unsuccessful" message and the flow does not execute.

I have followed steps in the suggested post and added the users as Run Only users but to no avail. Any other options to try? Do I need to give them ownership of the flow?
