Power Apps in Power BI for free form typing

Hello, I have a Power BI dashboard that displays information in a table format.  I am wanting to create a column called "comments" where my customer can free type notes about each row displayed in that visual.  I was told Power Apps could do this but unsure how.  Any assistance would be aprpeciated!

Hello - I have done this with a  PowerApp visual that displayes a Sharepoint list inside a Power BI report.  This allows users to type data into the SP list fields.
