Hello Everyone!
We have a use case where we have PowerBI Report (with SQL Server as Datasource). We are now planning to add a "PowerApp visual" in the same report to allow user to edit records from there itself. We are following the below guide:

From licensing perspective, we need guidance. For PowerBI we would need Premium license for all users who are going to view/consume this report? or viewers can have only Pro license?
For PowerApp, does our plan "PowerApp for Office 365" which we get as inclusion in Office 365 E3 subscription will work? Or do we need to take PowerApp per app/per use licenses for all users who are going to consume this powerbi reports?
