How to count the number of target words from multiple columns in PowerBI and make a graph!

Hello Power BI users!
I am a beginner with Power BI.
I am having trouble creating a graph from my Microsoft Lists that I always use.
The data is shown in the picture below.

I would like to graph the workload per person from this list!
I am imagining something like this.

 Can you please teach me how to create a graph in Power BI?

I have a video on how to create charts from SharePoint List sources here (MS Lists is the same thing as SharePoint lists): https://youtu.be/LYu3wqb2Nx4

 

The example is a bar chart by status, but if you're counting by person you'd just use your person field data for the axis instead (the video explains how to expand person-type data from the list).
