Enhanced refresh with Power BI REST API

Hello,

We trigger our dataset refresh via API, everething is working as designed at this point.

But, I foundout that once I added our service principal access to our workspace, I cannot get an access to the Dataset -> Scheduled refresh. And scheduled refresh keep working in the backgroud even if data was previously was refreshed by API.
