If Send from options in emails of  CoE Starter Kit solution flows is not configured with any value , then from which Account, users will recieve mails

The account that is running the flow connection will be the mailbox it comes from. You can configure it to send from a M365 group mailbox by giving send-as permission for the account on the group mailbox and putting that into the flow.
