Alerts with PowerBI for Direct queries

Hello, 

I have a direct query(Oracl) PBI report that monitors a specific process latency. 

I created a Dashboard in order to be able to have an alert when data goes over specific range. 

The alert also triggers an email send out to multple persons through Flow. 

As i saw the alert is only triggered when the data is refreshed.  

Is there a way to have a non stop refresh basically?

I also set the cache of the direct query to 15 minutes.
