Power Automate Visual in PBI Report Unsuccessful Even after giving user "Run only user" access

Good afternoon,

      I have a Power Automate button embedded in a Power BI report that is published in a PBI Service App.  The flow works fine when I and my colleage use it.   I have a third colleage that receives "UNSUCCESFUL" message after the button is pressed, even after I have given them "Run only user" access as detailed in other posts.

I will say that the button is connected to a "Parent Flow", which is an "Instant" flow, which will then run "Child Flow" ("Automated" type of flow).

For the Parent flow, I have added the user to "Run only user" access. 

For the Child Flow, the "Run only user" access option is not even available.   

For this reason, I went ahead and made the user a Full owner of both the flows (I also tried given them Run only user access to the Parent flow and Full ownership of the Child flow)    

Even then, the flow is Unsuccesful.  Would appreciate any tips!   Thank you

Do the users have permission on whatever the actual data source is? The ones that use run-only permission use the permission of the person running it, so they would need that too.
