That's a good point, they normally do have the link in the monthly release summary but I guess it got missed this time around. Here is the main download link[s] though:

Screenshot of main download pageThe link on the left is preferable, as it's the app store version that automatically updates, but if you need the manual/physical MSI update/download, you'll want the link on the right.

Edit: On second thought, a question for MS team; perhaps the PBI desktop update link should take users to the first page I linked to, and on that page there should be an automated link to the main update blog as a secondary reference?
