We are excited to announce that we have just released the December update for the On-premises data gateway. Here are some of the things that we would like to highlight with this month’s release:
- Enhancements in SAP BW connector
- The On-premises data gateway now includes the December version of the mashup engine
The inability of the gateway service to start after the upgrade to the November release in certain cases has also now been fixed. In addition, we have made improvements in overall availability and reliability of the On-premises gateway.

Enhancements in SAP BW Connector
In October, we announced Public preview of the Single Sign-On (Kerberos) Support for SAP BW. You can find more details on how to set this up here. With this release we have enabled configuration of additional properties like SNC Partner Name and Library while using Basic authentication with SSO.
