Introducing our next Power BI Demo Contest finalist, Chris Webb, who put together this detailed analysis in Excel:
Analyzing British Road Traffic Accident Data with Power BI
Profession
BI consultant and trainer
Demo Description
In this demo I use Power BI to look at open data on road traffic accidents provided by the UK government.
What inspired your demo?
The data was really interesting, and I thought it would show off Power BI well!
What is the coolest BI project you’ve ever worked on?
That’s a secret – client confidentiality I’m afraid
What is your favourite BI blog and why?
Probably my friend Marco Russo’s blog. He always has some great advanced DAX and Power Pivot content.
What did you do before you were a BI Pro?
I was a VB6 programmer <blush>
