We're pleased to announce the launch of the preview of the Copilot summaries for Power BI reports in email subscriptions. This feature is available for all standard report subscriptions on copilot eligible capacities. By subscribing to Copilot summaries for Power BI reports, you and your team will receive insights about the report or a specific page in the report.
You can setup the copilot summaries in email subscriptions as follows:

- Select the ‘Subscribe’ option from the ribbon for the Power BI report that you are interested in.

- Select ‘Standard Subscription’.

- You can receive a full report summary by selecting 'Attach a full report' or, receive a summary of the page you subscribe to.

- If you are eligible, your subscription will receive the Copilot summary by default. You may choose to opt-out by toggling the setting.

- You can ‘Preview summary’ to view a sample of what the summary might look like.

You can test your subscription by selecting ‘Send Now’ after you Save the subscription.Note: ‘Send Now’ will deliver the email with the copilot summary to all recipients.

Considerations
- This feature is not available in Gov. clouds and regions where copilot is not supported.
- Copilot summaries for email subscriptions aren't supported for dynamic per recipient subscriptions, paginated reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Your email may not contain a Copilot summary if Copilot takes too long to respond. This usually happens with large reports.
