Student Dataviz Contest | Fabric Data Days

I have a question regarding the prepared Starter file or the Student Starter file, correct me if I am wrong, I read somewhere on either the terms and services on Microsoft or Microsofts Privacy policy when it comes to communites that we're not supposed to I think falsify or delete any file provided or something similar to this, would this rule also apply to the "Prepared Starter File" after enabling editing and creating a new page, putting our own creative data report into the file after creating a new page in the file, deleting the other pages it came with after downloading such as the intro, sample analysis, credits and more? 

I have not deleted the files it already came with after downloading, they are still there. I thought I would select one of the 2 options students can work on and I selected the "Prepared Starter File" because I am a complete beginner and it's my first time participating in the Student Dataviz contest and learning how to use Power BI from Microsoft for the first time and I didn't want to delete the pages the file came with upon trying to submit my creative data report about Fabricland college and program choices to the community because I thought it would violate the Microsoft Terms of Service unless I just did not understand what the rule in the terms of service may have meant.

Should I create a new Data File in Power BI then copy and paste my data report into there that way it is it's own file and submit it to the Student Dataviz contest gallery this way? Please and thank you so much!
