Simple, but so effective functionality in Power BI

While using power query to transform your data, there are tips would help you do better job.

 

One of these tips is Copy column profile information to your written report:

While checking your columns profile, you need to get these statistics to write a report about the data set you are working on. Maybe to stake holder or technical lead or some one else, in this case power query give a simple, but effective function that give you the ability to copy the information you need, check next picture.

 As soon as you press "Copy" you can go any where else and past "Dump Truck" -_- and get the next:

With these information, your written reports would -certainly- be better.

  • Could you copy whole table colmuns profiles in one step?
