Hello I am Arish. I have completed my Microsoft ignite challenge for Microsoft fabric on 10 Dec 2024. I haven't received my voucher code for fabric analytics engineer exam. Can you kindly please help me out

I'm pretty sure they just don't care.

- I completed the challenge requirements well ahead of the deadline

- I never received any notification of whether I was to get the voucher or not

- Others who finished the requirements after me did get the voucher for some reason

- I posted to this forum with zero response

- I contacted the admin of this forum via DM with zero response

- I've now reached out to Arun Ulag, Corporate Vice President at Microsoft. Arun Ulag leads all data technologies for Microsoft: databases, analytics, data integration, messaging, and business intelligence.  He requested an email to his address just before the holidays and he has said he will have someone get back with me.

- If I don't hear back in the next few days, I'll continue to run it up the ladder until I get someone who responds.  At this point, it's less about the voucher itself and more about the bafflement I am feeling that Microsoft can drop the ball on something so easy while trying to pursuade us to purchase their services and software.

My next step would be to contact Scott Guthrie who is the Executive Vice President of the Cloud and AI division at Microsoft.  I've communicated with Scott in the past (going back to the early .Net days) and in the past, he seemed to have a decent understanding that treating customers well is critical.

I work at a $1.5B company and am the decision maker for data intelligence software.  We purchase well over $1M per year in Microsoft software in end user tools, Azure consumption, etc... This has left me with a really bad taste in my mouth.

We have been exploring the best way to improve out DI capabilities for a while now, and if you receive this level of support during what is, essentially, a sales pitch, I doubt the post-sales support experience will be any better.

I just passed the DP600 exam at 833, I appreciate the Fabric community help, the updates and the voucher that was the key that unlocked my enthusiasm.
