@FabricPam I accidentally submitted my Fabric request with my Microsoft Learn display name instead of my username.  I only found the FAQ questions later so I submitted another request with my real Microsoft Learn username?  Is this a problem?  Will the other submission invalidate me?

If your module completion scores still show 0/11 even complete all module, try to click "Leave this challenge" and click again "Join the challenge".

In order to resolve "Request my free exam voucher" is inoperative issue set the value of "Country" field to the english name of your country instead of the localized one which includes vowels or other non-english alphabet characters which seem to be the cause of the trouble.
