Exclude Table Refresh in Power BI using TMDL

first you need to enable the TMDL view from the preview features in the Power BI options.

After enabling it, it will appear on the left side under the DAX Query view.

 

then we open the TMDL view and drag the table that we need to adjust its code, its so easy just click on the table on the right side and drag it to the TMDL

Now we add the line code that will exclude the table from refresh between the table name and the lineageTag

        excludeFromModelRefresh

we click on the apply button on the top and the changes will be applied to the semantic model, the result is applied now to the table in the transformation tab
