populating semantic model

hello,

There is a table in the lakehouse which I am trying to upload into the model.

In the model I select the table but it does not get loaded and no error message.

Any suggestions?

thanks

@arkiboys2 - Are you creating the model in Desktop or the Web?  What mode are you trying to use Direct Lake/Direct Query or Import?

I created in the fabric workspace a long time ago I think.

Now I can not add anymore tables to it from the lakehouse.

I do this by right click on the semantic model and select open data model.

There are a few tables at present and they show as Direct Lake

I used to be able to add tables by going into the edit tables button but this time even if I select tables, they do not get added

Hi @arkiboys2
Can you please provide the screenshots for the above issue? This would help me to understand the issue better.
Also can you try creating a new semantic model and let me know if the same issue persists.
Thanks
