Hello,
I faced the same issue but it fixed. Issue was not related to network but message will misleading. I just updated onprem gateway and everything working fine again.
Last gateway version was Aug 2024 and update version Spetmeber 2025.

I just experienced this same issue with one of my clients.
Situation: all Fabric pipelines utilizing the on-prem data gateway began failing over the weekend. The on-prem data gateway was running the Jan 2025 installation without auto-update enabled, and we began experiencing the failures exactly a year later. Updating the gateway manually to the most recent version resolved the failures we were experiencing. Microsoft states that only the prior 6 months of gateway updates are supported, even though we were running a one-year old version of the gateway.
