datetime is not appearing in copy activity

In copy activity data source is SQL server and destination is lakehouse. In source side there is a column with data type 'datetime' but in sink side only 'date' and timestamp properties are appearing...

    after changing the gateway server timezone to UTC, this issue is resolved. This is applicable when gateway is used in datapipeline. Dataflowgen2 does not require the change of timezone.

I am not able to apply expressions and functions in mapping section of copy activity. The destination is lakehouse. I am getting option only Date and timestamp. I would like to apply datetime in the destination side.
