Update datalake

Hello team,

I have a lakehouse that receives information from a Pipeline of scripts that run at 4am. This process takes about 10 minutes.

Then, there is a dashboard in Power BI connected to the tables generated by these scripts, which is updated at 5am. However, although the dashboard is updated correctly and without errors, the original tables in the lakehouse are not automatically updated. The only way to update them is to manually go in and do it.

Is there any way to automate this process, perhaps by adding an additional step at the end of the scripts or some other solution you can suggest?

HI,

I am experiencing the same issue. The data arriving at the Lakehouse is correct; however, when sending it to a table in the Warehouse through a stored procedure executed automatically via a pipeline, the process runs but the data is not updated.

When I manually execute the procedure from Manager Studio, it sometimes works correctly, but other times it is necessary to refresh the Lakehouse first before running the stored procedure to get the data updated.

My questions are as follows:

  1. Is this issue already known?
  2. Is there an estimated date for its resolution?
  3. Is any prior configuration required to avoid these problems?
