Syntax error while pipeline copies from onew Wharehouse to another

When attempting to copy data from one Warehouse to another using a pipeline, an error occurs if a new table needs to be created in the destination Warehouse:

ErrorCode=SqlOperationFailed,'Type=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common.Shared.HybridDeliveryException,Message=A database operation failed with the following error: 'Incorrect syntax near ')'.'

No such error occurs when copying data into an existing table.

Can someone help to overcome this issues?
