Save data pipeline not possible

I am currently working on the data warehouse tutorial. When saving the data pipeline, the spinner spins endlessly without anything happening. Even with a pipeline that only contains a wait activity, ...

Hi, Page refresh doesn't help. The problem is still there today. I opened a support ticket (No 2306200050003496), but i can't find "about data factory".
