SFTP connection fails

    I put in a Retry setting of 3 and that seemed to help. With multiple files to process each time, it would maybe fail on SFTP on one file, then on the Lakehouse connection (permissions) on the next (yeah, I know, makes NO sense).

    FYI: I think the error messages did NOT line up with the actual cause of the failure but that was the closest the internal logic could come up with to report as the failure reason.

Hello v-venuppu and thank you for the reply.

Before starting the Fabric development work on this, I hit the site using WinSCP from my local machine and everything was fine; I was able to connect, see the files, and even upload a new file to the site.

I have an issue with ONE part of Fabric (Manage Connections and Gateways) telling me the connection is Online, then ANOTHER part of Fabric (a Copy Data task in a Pipeline) telling me it failed.

 

That does NOT instill confidence in this tool, just saying!

 

Any other suggesting on what might be wrong?
