Hi @raju_g7 , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
Ensure you're using a Microsoft 365 work or school account, personal accounts won’t work. Next, make sure the same account is signed in across Fabric and Outlook. If the emails don’t match, sign out and log back in with the correct Microsoft 365 account.
If clicking “Sign in” on the Outlook activity doesn’t open a login window, try incognito mode or disable popup blockers, these often block authentication popups. Also check your Fabric trial status under Account Manager -> Capacity; expired trials can block services.
Your tenant admin may need to grant permissions. In the Azure Portal, ask them to go to Enterprise Applications -> Admin Consent Requests and approve the “Microsoft Outlook Connector” if it’s pending. If none of this works, try clearing credentials in Credential Manager on Windows or test with a new pipeline.
If this helped solve the issue, please consider marking it “Accept as Solution” so others with similar queries may find it more easily. If not, please share the details, always happy to help.
