Outlook 365 error: Last modified by 'undefined'.
I have Outlook 365 activities setup to email me when pipelines complete or fail. Several times now I have found this error message when I know that I am the only one working in the workspace: Last...
I don't think I'm doing anything to cause it. I just leave the pipeline for a few days then reopen it to find the error.
However, I was wrong about being able to correct the issue. The activity appears to accept my account change and validation, but it is not saved. When I reopen the acrtivity I see the error again.

Can you please share more details on the error message and the steps followed to create the trigger email?
