Hi,
We recently noticed ADF would need to migrate to Fabric. I have created new Fabric workspace and mount ADF to Fabric via ADF portal. However, when I tried to open this ADF item from Fabric portal, it just got stuck in loading stage for a very long time and nothing shows up.
I could not see my pipelines or test them inside Fabric. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any permissions I need?
Thank you.

Hi @Zhuhao ,
Thanks for reaching out to the forum. Let me help you with this.
**What you're describing is expected behavior for ADF mounting in Fabric**, although under normal conditions the item should appear almost immediately. If it's stuck loading indefinitely, there are a few possible causes.
**First, verify the key prerequisites:**
- **ADF permissions**: *Contributor* role on the Azure Data Factory instance.
- **Fabric permissions**: *Member* or *Admin* role on the Fabric workspace where you mounted ADF.
- **Same tenant**: both ADF and the Fabric workspace must be under the same Microsoft Entra ID tenant. A mismatch here can cause the item to appear but never load.
- **Same region (recommended)**: while not mandatory, keeping ADF and Fabric in the same region avoids latency and potential intermittent loading failures.
**Second, a note on today's service status:**
I checked the service health and Microsoft Fabric is currently reporting a partial outage, with confirmed issues affecting distinct components.
**Quick steps to try in the meantime:**
1. Confirm the *Contributor* role on the ADF resource in Azure Portal.
2. Confirm the *Member* or *Admin* role on the Fabric workspace.
3. Try from an incognito browser window or clear your cache.
4. If the issue persists once today's incident clears, open a support ticket from the Fabric portal.
One question that would help narrow this down: **does your ADF instance have Git Integration enabled?**

Thank you! It turns out ADF with Git integration could not be mounted. Disable Git worked.
