Fabric Pipeline Trigger on Azure Storage Events - Eventstream Issue
Hi Team,
I'm trying to set up a Fabric pipeline to trigger on Azure Storage blob creation events, using the instructions found here: Data pipelines storage event triggers in Data Factory (Preview) - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
I've configured the trigger in Fabric, selecting my Azure Storage account and the 'Blob created' event.
My Fabric tenant is located in Australia Southeast. I've confirmed that I have the necessary permissions (Admin on Fabric workspace, Owner on Storage Account & Event Grid System Topic) and my storage account is StorageV2 (general purpose v2).
However, when I create a blob (i.e. upload a file to a folder) in the storage account, no data appears in the Fabric Eventstream. Consequently, my pipeline is not triggered.
Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions for troubleshooting why the Eventstream might not be receiving the events? Any help is appreciated!
Thank you.

Hi thilina ,
Troubleshoot step-by-step with the following steps:
- Zone consistency Ensure that the storage account, Event Grid system topic, and fabric workspace are in the same zone.
- Permission checking verifies the permission configuration of the storage account and the fabric.
- Event subscribe configuration checks endpoint URLs and filters.
- Network configuration disables disable or adjusts network policies.
- Log Analysis Locate the cause of event delivery failures with diagnose logs.

Currently narrow it down to Fabric Environment as I'm unable to see any alert notification getting generated. Following it up. I'll update the thread.
