Can Microsoft cloud app security (MCAS) affect the pipeline editor?
MCAS was not the problem. Confirmed by MS support that this is a Fabric bug that will be fixed soon.

Check and adjust MCAS policies in below way:
- Log in to the MCAS portal:
- Review the policy: Go to Control > Policies.

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted the administrator to check the settings. I personally don't have access to MCAS. According to him, there is any restriction on Fabric.
It is very strange that developer tools in the browser does not report any problem with scripts or that some resource is not available. Everything seems to load. It's just that the browser doesn't render anything. If I want to create a new pipeline, the window to create a new pipeline doesn't even render.
