Is it possible to schedule a pipeline to run only during business hours? Pretty surprised this does not appear to be a default option under scheduling.
Thanks for any feedback!

Schedule as DAILY instead of HOURLY and you can set up to 10 specific times
Just so people can benefit from this.
If you need the ability to use behaviors similar to a CRON expression, create a notebook which when succeeds continues with your pipeline or if fails stops. I needed to run my pipeline once a day but only on weekdays. So in the notebook a grab the current date and fail if it's on a weekend.
I have no idea why MS hasn't implemented this basic behavior. Not to mention the lack of dark mode, which is absolutely unnacceptable. Anyway, that was my work around.
Schedule as DAILY instead of HOURLY and you can set up to 10 specific times
Got it. We can schedule the pipeline to run daily instead of hourly, and we can specify up to 10 different times within the day. However, my question is: What if we need to schedule more than 10 specific times?
For example, I need the pipeline to run every hour from 00:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs, which means 24 runs in a day. How can we achieve this?
Hi @bbrennan12345 ,
Scheduling pipelines only during working hours is not a default option in Fabric Data Factory (FDF).
However, this can be accomplished with a few tricks and configurations. You can also use an external scheduling tool, such as Azure Logic Apps, to call the Fabric Data Factory's APIs to trigger pipelines to run at specific times.

Why the heck not?
Thanks for the input. It turns out under the DAILY scheduling option you can select up to 10 specific options which can replicate what I was looking to do under the HOURLY function
Can you please state here what you mean by scheduled during business hours only? Do you mean during weekdays specific time or is there something else?
