It appears the sample data URL https://nyctaxisample.blob.core.windows.net/sample, may no longer be publicly accessible. This could explain the issue you're encountering. To verify, I attempted to replicate the scenario using the provided URL and experienced the same difficulty. As a result, it's likely the URL has been removed or restricted. If you'd like to continue working with the same sample data, you can access it through the "Sample data" option under "Get data" within the application. A screenshot for reference is included.
