Azure blob storage trigger creation fails

I am trying out the new Azure Storage Trigger activity.  

I successfully connection to my subscription and storage account and select the events.  When I get to the "Review and Connect" step, I consistently get the following error:  

Create Azure Blob Storage system events

Failed

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'type')

I have scheduled pipelines that successfully read from this storage account.  Does anyone have any insight into how I can further troubleshoot, or potential causes of this error?
